Cancellation and No-Show Policy

With each appointment, time has been set aside specifically for your child. If you are unable to keep this appointment, we ask that you notify our office a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. This will make the time available for another child.

If you have not cancelled or rescheduled your child’s appointment, you will be charged a no-show appointment fee of $75.

Snow and Inclement Weather Policy

When the weather forecast calls for snow or inclement weather that may make traveling to our office unsafe for families and staff, we will contact you about the office being closed for a portion of or the entire day. Please call us at (425) 392-4048 if you are unable to make it to the office or are unsure that the office will be open.
